I am pleased to write a review for our realtor, Allyson Moody. My wife and I were looking to buy a house in Macon, a city we had visited but were not familiar with. Allyson took the time to show us different areas and learn our preferences. What particularly impressed us was her keen eye to condition issues of the houses we visited. We found a lovely home at our price point and her negotiation skills got us the house in a week. We’re very glad Allyson was our agent. We think you will be, too.

So many positive words could be applied to Allyson both as an agent and as a person: patient, genuine, professional, kind but firm, caring, reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, confident, etc. Can’t really think of any negative things to say. She is also well connected locally can recommend good services that are needed once you purchase a home. She also continues to be responsive even after the sale. As she would tell you, her service doesn’t end at the sale.

“Great experience. Allyson was always there for us even and responded quickly to questions. Always willing to show what you wanted to see and even some she probably thought we were crazy to see.

Made the home buying process as stress free as possible. Worked with us for almost three yrs. Very persistent, informative, and passionate about her job. Dont buy a house without calling Allyson first!!!! She will make herself available Monday through Sunday at any time. I could not have had a better realtor. She got me everything I wanted in a house.
