Harriet, a native of Atlanta, graduated from The Westminster Schools and the University of Georgia, where she majored in English Literature and was a member of Chi Omega sorority. She then obtained her Masters degree from Georgia State University. Afterwards she married Brad Swann and moved to Macon, his hometown, where they reared two sons, Bradford and Stuart.
Harriet served on the Executive Board of Stratford Academy and she has participated in many community activities. She is a member of the Junior League of Macon, Martha Bowman United Methodist Church and Idle Hour Country Club. Harriet is a well-respected, seasoned real estate professional. She has received the Eagle Award for ten years in the Million Dollar Club and the Phoenix Award for fifteen years in the Million Dollar Club. She holds the Associate Broker designation, is named an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and is a Graduate of the Georgia Realtor Institute.
Harriet’s approach to marketing residential property is creative, bolstered by an attention to detail including staging where necessary, quality photography and advice on readying the listing for maximal sale and return on investment.
