Significant other: Lisa Mobley, retired married & family therapist since 2006, Mallory and his brother began a scholarship in memory of their parents, at his church vineville united methodist church. These scholarships are awarded each year to high school seniors exemplifying christian character, leadership ability, and academic excellence. Typically, these scholarships are awarded to a senior from the youth fellowship class at Vineville United Methodist Church.

Hobbies: Tennis and physical fitness. Mallory loves animals and the outdoors, in 2012, he paid the adoption fees for 10 dogs to be adopted by a responsible owner. All 10 dogs were in line to be euthanized due to overcrowding at the animal shelter.
In his college years, mallory played on his college tennis team at north georgia college state university and the university of west georgia.
